Shipping & Policies

Please make payments via Paypal. 
(You do not need to have an account with Paypal to use this method of payment, or contact us to arrange another form of payment)

If payment is not received within 3 working days the order will not be processed.

Items in stock will be shipped within 2 working days, of receiving payment.

Maryborough Qld. CBD orders can be emailed and alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements can be organised via our 'Contact Us' page.

Australian orders, will be sent via Australia Post. Standard post will be charged during the ordering process and will depend on the items being ordered. Orders upto 500g work out to approx $9.95 (anywhere in Australia) A tracking number will be used on larger parcels where appropriate. (Please contact us, before you order, for a quote on postage for larger orders.) 

International orders, outside of Australia, will be sent via standard air mail. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery especially during the Christmas season. Please send us your order via the 'Contact Us' page

Please note: Although due care is taken when packaging items for shipping we can not be held responsible for loss or damage during shipping. In Australia - if a parcel is damaged upon receipt please report it to your local Post Office immediately.
(Any extra charges in regards to overseas taxes or customs is the responsibility of the buyer)

Returns Policy

In the event that any of the items you ordered are faulty at the time of delivery please contact us immediately, we will replace the item on return of the original item, or replace them with product of similar value. The return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and the item assessed before processing.

Please choose carefully! We do not process refunds just because you change your mind.
